If a visitor visits the site without completing a desired action, and is opted into the email list, they may receive an email later - Dynamic Help System
Visitors can click on a "help" link anywhere in the site, and are presented with the appropriate help page - Lost Password Utility for Unencryptable Passwords
A new password is randomly generated and sent to the visitor. The password can be changed later.
